Dedicated hiring

If you are serious with your web business, you should go for dedicated hiring.  You can hire a programmer or a web marketing executive or a project manager or a web designer as per your requirement. They will work dedicated as per your instruction. Just like your employee. But he will be sitting in our office and we will provide all type of help, resources on your behalf. You will pay a fixed monthly payment for everything.

 

But you should not expect that if the hired employee will be able to do web marketing job as well as programming work.  In such case, if your requirement is bigger, you can hire a full team. If your requirement is less, you can one dedicated and purchase monthly prepaid hours of others. Say you can hire a dedicated programmer and   30 hours of web marketing link building job (monthly), 20 hours of web designers work and so on.  In this way you can get all types of work done by the experts in the area.

 

When should you go for dedicated hiring?

Dedicated hiring is always less costly for you. And always the only way to maintain the quality exactly you want.  If you want to outsource projects continuously you don’t have to ask fight for price every time. You can provide the specification in the way you want, not always at the start. You save your own time and tension. You can invest that time for other work. You can use existing modules for next projects and save cost radically. You can ask for changes whenever you want. For assignment based projects we always will quote for the features you have explicitly mentioned. If you miss anything, it will cost you dear.

How do we charge?

All billings for dedicated hiring will be on monthly basis only. As for example, you can hire a senior php programmer for say 6 months. You can also buy say 50 hours of web designer’s work to do some design works associated with your projects. Similarly you can buy 80 hours of SEO hour’s works that will be spent over this period.

 

For any dedicated hiring (at least 160 hours work in a month) the minimum hiring period is 4 months. If you hire for fulltime, he/she will not be involved in any other work.

 

All hiring will be on a prepaid basis and are priced in USD.

 

Please note that in all cases the necessary support, training, help, help with code library and architecture, ensuring quality code writing will be provided by the in house experts in the related fields. So you are not merely hiring the coder, but also the backup. And the backups are provided by people who have 7-8 years of experience in the web technologies, internet business and SEO.
