A professional web business must have its own newsletter to increase the corporate image among its customers, vendors and other people pertaining to your business. If you can mange to provide the newsletter content every month (or every week) to us, we can take of the rest on your behalf. 

How do we do it?

1.      Study the first 4Ps of your web business. Product, Price and Place (i.e. your website selling pages) and Promotion just to know your business closely.  

2.      Study the industry situation (whether people are aware at all or not) and market competition just to have an complete idea on your business only.

3.    Install mailing software (for our use only, but you can buy the license too.) in your server to send mass emails. If your web server is not suitable for installing our mailing software, we will suggest you to subscribe 3rd party mailing service to mass mails (you have to incur the cost). 

4.      We will design (one time) a newsletter template if you don’t have anything existing.

5.      We will take user list from you (or access to the user database to  get the list)

6.      Take the content for every issue by email in  ms-word  format

7.     Prepare the newsletter with your design template and current content

8.     Send newsletter to each user using mass mailer. One user will receive only one copy. Recipients unsubscribed will not receive anything.

How do we charge?

1.      USD  675 for 1st 6 copies

2.      USD  375 for each next 6 copies

3.      You can hire a dedicated web marketing executive and get it done along with other works too.

4.      Payment to 3rd party mass mailing software vendors should be made by you (if it is applicable at all).
